Intern bootcamp occurs at the end of intern year, as interns prepare to navigate the transition to jnior resident and team leader. This event is attended by all female interns, select faculty, and a guest speaker; it is led by junior and senior residents. Topics covered include “dealing with the overconfident intern”, “how to be a strong leader”, and “how to manage up”.
